Gwen Loughlin
During 30 years in care work I have worked my way from carer to manager in both Care Homes and Domiciliary Care.
My career developed into assessing apprenticeships on a 1-1 basis and delivering courses to larger groups.
I am also able to provide consultancy and auditing services.
I completed my Level 3 Award in Education and Training and have subsequently worked alongside multiple training providers prior to creating GRL Training.

Associate Trainer Mandy Holbrook
After a rewarding 15 years working in a multitude of health and social care settings, I decided to put my knowledge to good use and become an assessor.
I have 6 years experience assessing apprenticeships. alongside 18 months of delivering courses to larger groups.
I have completed my Level 3 Award in Education and Training, also my TAQA (Training, Assessing and Quality Assurance).

We pride ourselves in understanding the value of different teaching techniques to ensure competence.
We use a mixture of theory, discussion, role play and formal assessments.
Certificates are issued on successful completion of the course.
